Bank Loan Eligibility Checklist For Plots, Villas and Apartment Buyers

Salaried Person

• 2 Photos each of applicant and co-applicant.
• Pan card copy of applicant.
• Address proof of applicant.
• ID proof of co-applicant(Passport Copy or Driving License or Pan Card).
• Address proof of co-applicant.
• Relationship Proof of applicant and co-applicant.
• Loan track from the beginning of all existing loans of applicant and co-applicant.
• Employee/Company ID card.
• Latest 3 months salary slips.
• Latest 6 month bank statement(Salary A/C).
• Latest 2 years Form NO. 16
• Appointment letter of current company and relieving letter of previous company.
• Cheque Leaf(CST) for processing fees favoring the Bank(you are applying loan from) from Salary Bank Account only.
• 7 PDC Cheque leaves(CST Cheques only) after loan sanction from salary bank account only.
• Own contribution receipt(OCR = Purchase Amount- Bank Loan Amount) to be through banking channels.

Self-Employed Person

• 2 Photos each of applicant and co-applicant.
• Pan card copy of applicant.
• Address proof of applicant.
• ID proof of co-applicant(Passport Copy or Driving License or Pan Card).
• Address proof of co-applicant.
• Loan track of all previous loans of either applicant or co-applicant.
• Latest 3 years ITR with audited financials.
• Latest 1 year all Bank statements(current account and Personal account).
• Business License.
• Business Pan Card.
• Business Address Proof.
• Latest 3 months salary slips.
• Latest 6 month bank statement(Salary A/C).
• Latest 2 years Form NO. 16.
• Appointment letter of current company and relieving letter of previous company.
• 1 Cheque Leaf(CST) for processing fees favoring the Bank(you are applying loan from).
• 7 PDC Cheque leaves(CST Cheques only) after loan sanction.
